Grand Opening Jan 26 !

I am happy to say things are going great and business is booming! Every day, I get to interact with new customers and I love the response. I get a chance to see my regular customers more often now that I am in one place!

I truly enjoyed doing the many different markets last year because it gave me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people I otherwise may not have met. I did not do the markets for the sole purpose of revenue. At times, the profit was less than the cost of products. It is what happens and a risk you have to take.

My main purpose of so many markets was for people to get to know the person behind Simply Cakes. It was for people to try my product for the first time and realize what was so special about them. It more than just a cupcake...its a product made with passion, made with quality products, making each component from scratch from the compote to the lemon curd, to the ganache and the caramel sauce. Each has been perfected to give you the best tasting cupcake.

Now imagine that in a cake form! I do that as well. The same great taste and with the same quality assurance!

With opening a store front, this has given me the opportunity to be able to accommodate more custom orders and have product readily available for people to come in and buy. I am working on having cakes available to purchase right from the cooler but these will be limited.

With all the new space I have, I am working on expanding my menu to include new and exciting products. These will be in store only not online. I will post as each new product arrives!
